Adobe Reader on Microsoft Windows XP Professional 2002 Version, Service Pack 2

i tried downloading adobe reader on microsoft windows xp professional 2002 version, service pack 2.

i using firefox browser since 1 works me. able go downloading page , trying download older version of adobe reader. adobe reader version had been installed however, not know one. when go download page select windows xp sp2 (64-bit), language english , has 11.0.08 english windows.

a new window pops the:

"opening reader 11xp_en_ha_install.exe"

"you have chosen open: reader 11xp_en_ha_install.exe

which binary file (1.1 mb) from: https://admdownload.adobe.com"

"would save file?"

i click "save file".

the file appears in downloads folder when click on it, not open.

help...

i try full offline installer here: adobe - adobe acrobat reader dc distribution . 11.0.08 last version support windows xp. did run acrocleaner when uninstalled installed version? if not, link might prove necessary, note there separate versions reader 9.x , 10.x , later: download adobe reader , acrobat cleaner tool - adobe labs .

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
