Unable to open files from and to browse to mapped networkshares

hi,

i installed acrobat reader dc on sereval terminalservers (win2012r2)

i can open every pdf file internet , mail client

however saved pdf documents wich want open mapped network share givs error "unable open. document not found"

when want open file in adobe reader applicatien , want browse specific file see mine local drives , not mapped network shares.

anyone solution problem?

as mentioned above, unable see mapped network drive when trying open file through adobe reader.

so please confirm whether it happening adobe reader or experiencing same problem other applications too?

if haven't tried yet, please try open document through other application , see if mapped network drive showing or not?

also, confirm whether have read & write permission on shared drive or not?
