Illustrator Crashing

hi all,

 

i have new laptop , i'm having problems illustrator crashing. pc specs dell precision 5510, core i7, 32gb ram, nvidia quadro m100m. windows, illustrator , drivers date.

 

the event log shows following error illustrator:

there nvidia error same time stamp:

 

     description event id 2 source nvidia opengl driver cannot found. either component raises event not installed on local      computer or installation corrupted. can install or repair component on local computer.

 

     if event originated on computer, display information had saved event.

 

     following information included event:

 

     nvidia opengl driver has encountered

     out of memory error. application might

     behave inconsistently , fail.

 

has experienced similar? nvidia error points graphics card problem, can't see how memory issue given has plenty of ram , it's not doing taxing. ideas?
