2017 update is continually crashing on start-up

i have updated cc software find number of packages crash on start-up every time. 1 photoshop other dreamweaver , website developer isn't great.

 

 

is there can these programs working or should wait update happen

 

 

i hoping adobe reads these posts , sorts out problem asap subscribers , unable use products @ moment. adobe act , test these updates before releasing them on subscriber

i apologize frustration. sure, haven't heard of many crash issues latest dw 2017. unique computer's configuration.
