Radial Filter not working in Lightroom CC and

i have following issues adobe cc version of lightroom (2015.7 release), started 6 weeks ago:-

 

1. when using of sliders in basic panel, image breaks 4 blocks.

2. radial filter not work should; specifically, when using of sliders in basic panel once radial filet selected , active, increase or decrease in effect adjusts whole image irrespective of whether invert mask checked or not.

 

i have uninstalled , reinstalled creative cloud in entirety, , switched using gpu on , off, makes no difference either of above issues. if helps, gpu follows:-

 

graphics processor info:

geforce gtx 560 ti/pcie/sse2

 

check opengl support: passed

vendor: nvidia corporation

version: 3.3.0 nvidia 372.70

renderer: geforce gtx 560 ti/pcie/sse2

languageversion: 3.30 nvidia via cg compiler

 

  3. finally, have 2 ssds installed on windows pc, running windows 10 professional, unlike when install other programs, not offered choice on install program when downloading creative cloud. option not available?

1) need turn off gpu feature in lr preference on performance tab.

2) might clear program.

 

there note adobe should roll nvidia driver 368.xx.
