missing file on Adobe CS6 Product Premium

i have downloaded cs6 pp on mac, when click installer says 'we've encountered following issues' 'installer failed initialise. due missing file. please download adobe support advisor detect problem'

but when click on link says support advisor has been discontinued, please help.

for mac el capitan or newer sierra operating system read below

owners of old programs have problems mac el capitan/sierra... none of adobe's fault... adobe did not change old program make stop working... apple changed operating system , why old program won't work, not because of adobe did... also... every time apple issues update, there risk old program has been working stop working... bottom line, old programs require matching old operating system

 

cs6 , earlier programs have not been tested , not updated mac el capitan/sierra

-which means try use cs6 , earlier @ risk of having problems

-you may cs6 , earlier programs install , run, or may not (some do, don't)
