Is there anything that works in Dreamweaver?

here deal. decided try adobe cc because wanted learn dreamweaver because using in our multimedia class , thought jump start learning messing dad's web sites. have hours far , still can't dreamweaver work right. take forever load. (i have deleted , reinstalled twice) when come on part of screen , buttons hidden off screen. file , other menus on right jumbled making hard read , if want select have pick spot about 3 or4 items below want , click there. hope it's right one. won't upload files @ all. can connect, see remote server , download, not up. dad has been trying me , junk , use cs6, works. looked on line there seems many problems dreamweaver don't know start. have abandoned cc , letting go away or there fix or should use cs6? using on windows 7 computer.

use whatever works you. used have dreamweaver , brackets alongside each other, using best features of each. since latest version of dreamweaver incorporates brackets, make little use of brackets.

 

as said, if feel more comfortable using cs6, that's way go.

 

on other hand, ask yourself, why dreamweaver cc2017 work ok on ben's machine?
