Highway Robbery - auto-renewed policy


my 1 year adobe creative cloud subscription got auto-renewed without consent last month.

 

i went cancel adobe account. ( have switched careers ) , got hit a  $200+  fine cancellation on second auto-renewed year. talked adobe representative named harshika. cancellation question turned discount negotiation keep account running. discount cost me $350!  assume how adobe trains account reps.

 

as explained adobe rep multiple times, have no need software, , have switched careers. still not being allowed cancel without fee, offered downgrade in package photography addition cost me $120  , still have remember later cancel year.

 

i'm not photographer took deal anyway. asked cancel photography package after signed up. asked why cancel. responded,

 

-because i'm not photographer,

-because don't want forget being payed in year's time

-because highway robbery.

 

i told have wait 2 hours , cancel photography package myself.

 

adobe, please rethink auto-renew policy. paid year signed for. definition of highway robbery folks!
