Counterfeit Photoshop

in attempt pick few preputial licenses photoshop, purchased 2 copies on ebay 2 different sellers. turned out both these copies obvious counterfeits. have reported incident ebay , filed police report local sheriff’s office. however, both sellers continuing sell counterfeit adobe products, , ebay requesting obtain documentation adobe saying these products indeed fraudulent. can provide?

 

both of copies have identical cover art, printing on actual dvd different. additionally, both dvds appear using same source code crack file, have each added additional filler files make contents “more genuine”. interestingly enough, when manually unpacked rar files, discovered both contained music files fillers. have listed additional details below…

and again other useless files fillers

 

i got cs6 suite ebay payment job.

 

the first thing did after registering , activating contact adobe's support through chat feature.  explained concerned may not valid license , asked confirmation.

 

they assured me had legal copy.

 

i saved chat transcript documentation.

 

i suggest same , send screenshot of chat, plus whatever other proof can offer, ebay.  if that's not enough, try activating , send whatever error notices proof.

 

ebay weird claims.  side buyer no matter - digital items exception easy duplicate before returning.

 

good luck getting sorted, , when buying used software on ebay - limit long time sellers excellent feedback!

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
