Star ratings missing after Bridge update

before latest bridge cc update, each thumbnail photo in bridge had outline of 5 tiny stars. click on 1 of these outlined stars give star rating, 3 stars, 4 stars, etc.

 

these star outlines missing. there's no stars me click rate image.

 

how can fix this? not have come @ more inopportune time. photos ready holiday gifts!

please try step :-

 

start adobe bridge , press ctrl+alt+shift (windows) or command+option+shift (mac os) until reset settings dialog box appears. select 3 options--reset preferences, reset standard workspaces, , purge entire thumbnail cache--and click ok.

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
