Printing Issues 2012 R2 RDP / Terminal Servers


hello,

 

i have issue printing adobe documents 2012 r2 remote desktop / terminal server environment. various makes , models of printers affected - typically error message follows:

 

 

the issue occurs adobe reader dc adobe acrobat xi pro. both adobe products running latest versions , server updated windows updates.

 

so far have tried:

  • adobe program repair via programs , features
  • print image work around
  • syntax scan & fix (asking user try now, awaiting response)
  • updating print drivers
  • changing print processor winprint
  • deleting acrobat preferences folder
  • restarting print queue / spooler service

 

so far none of troubleshooting has been helpful , issue persists.

 

can provide additional troubleshooting steps issue?

i have customer exact same problem, able resolve this? insight appreciated.
