Dreamweaver CS6 Missing Buttons Properties Panel

i moved dreamweaver cs6 new pc.  downloaded adobe site.    windows version.

 

buttons missing properties panel.   if lower part of panel missing.

 

i did suggested on forum, no difference i.e. :

 

undock properties panel. moved screen.

double clicking on blank area of panel no result.

cleared out cache file.

 

i wonder if related issue discussed elsewhere?  have higher definition screen, dreamweaver menu bar , other text tiny.

 

suggestions welcomed please.

dw not hi-dpi aware.  , cs6 legacy software never updated support it.

 

in win10, go start screen , type display settings.

 

in system settings,  move scaling slider 100% (recommended).

under advanced settings, may need adjust screen resolution downward.

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
