Error you cannot use this product at this time. You must repair....."

i have windows 10 , of sudden when try print error message "you cannot use product @ time. must repair.....".  tried use repair tool tells me "the program can't start because python25.dll missing computer."

i re-installed , still "you cannot use..." message.
