CC 2017 New document window SLOW

is there way go old new document window?

 

the new window absolutely useless slow not register keyboard enter key create new document.

 

how used be:

- take screenshot in windows

- go photoshop , press ctrl + n , enter

- paste

 

now if try same thing, stuck on new document window not register enter key in time. , not accept enter key @ all, instead have use mouse press "create" button.

 

i don't understand how adobe can make photoshop slower use on every update.

agreed! when copying , pasting elements web design (for example) regularly create new document, paste in graphic element, save out.

 

i might need repeat process dozens of times, additional waiting time 'new' new document window appear/animate in  (with 'templates' i'll never use!) tiresome.

 

please can have 'instant' old version of new document window back!!!
