i've been using lr , ps 10 years , bought first cc license. i've been using last standalone versions few years. @ same time, old laptop crashed, i'm setting new one. images , libraries on backup drive, there many more images on backup in last library backup.   my question regarding order should things. can download , activate software first, not sure best steps take next. understand need use existing library or lose metadata? there 20k or files in library, don't want start over. can estimate of existing images. should move on of existing images, start lr , load last library, or load library , let tell me missing images? in either case, relative location of images need same on old computer, i.e. c:/users/darryl.....?   any has been through helpful. it's been few years since last time, , don't recall how did then. have been through these steps? http://www.lightroomqueen.com/how-move-lightroom-to-new-computer/ More discussions in Adobe Creative Cloud a...

mac, sierra.   fuse installed item dld mixamo doesn't show in preview when trying animate object in photoshop.    i didn't see in forums or support on how bundles photoshop on fuse page, mixamo page or photoshop page.   i think email not interpreted right or fuse didn't load properly.   thanks, sue hi sue, since isn't installation error i've branched new discussion.  can try add screenshot or steps you're taking?  i'm not sure mean when "item dld mixamo doesn't show in preview when trying animate object in photoshop".  if you're using mixamo pipeline these steps:   - create character in fuse cc - use save mixamo button - use online animation gallery apply animation - download animation in .dae format - import .dae in photoshop using 3d > new 3d layer file - open timeline scrub through animation on canvas More discussions in Adobe Fuse CC (Beta) adobe

hi i frustrated. photoshop , illustrator working fine- since update both doesn't.  work. keeps on saying problem has caused windows work incorrectly. windows looking solution problem.. illustrator opens not function. paying subscription both , cannot use either one. have updated drivers- unintsalled , reinstalled creative cloud, changed preferences,restarted computer - updated windows software! nothing works , paying fortune exchange rate!!! please send me solution works! you need @ windows crash report details see failing module is.  in future when install new release of photoshop use advance install option set them keep old working version of photoshop installed till know new version working you. not let adobe remove working product.  should deside when remove old versions not adobe.   More discussions in Photoshop adobe

when import raw images in cr2 format lightroom sd card loads images i  tab through them , once load noticably wash out. noticeable sunset photography. small image in gallery photo selector @ bottom changes. this expected behavior. when images first loaded lightroom displays embedded jpeg preview. preview reflects of in-camera settings. lightroom builds preview of raw image data. lightroom not read in-camera settings. because every camera maker designs raw file format differently. adobe has programmed lightroom not read settings. if find lightroom consistently displays raw data in way make same corrections, can create preset , apply preset on import make "standard" adjustments. or, can make adjustments on newly imported image , save new camera defaults. lightroom apply "standard" adjustments whenever import new images or reset images have been imported. 先般１１月初めに pemiere procc2015.3 にアップデートしてから遭遇したトラブルを、１１月２１日に 2017 の最新アップデートを 適用して解決するまでの間に経験した各 premiere pro cc の動作をメモリー消費量の点から見た考察結果を記します。 まず、 premiere procc のタイムラインに　映像素材： panasonic　hc-wxf990m で撮影した４ k の素材（ 3280x2160 　 72mbps ）を 約２０分間の長さ配置して、プレビューをして、時間の経過とともにメモリー消費量を観察しました。 premire procc2015.3 では時間の経過とともに、メモリーの消費量は累積的に増加し、約１０分後には 30gb に達して、この時点で マウスもキー - ボード反応しなくなって windows10 はフリーズしました。脱出手段は電源ボタンの長押しによる windows の終了のみ。 また、プレビューを止めても、プロジェクトを閉じてもメモリーを解放しませんでした。 （ pc のメモリーは　 32 gb 　 pc-3 12800 ddr3 ) 最初に2015.3 にアップデートした結果トラブルが発生した時点で adobe の電話サポートに問い合わせて、トラブル対策を教えて 頂きました。（現時点で振り返るとこれらの対策は効果なしででしたが。） この時メモリー消費量については、 premiere の機能が向上しているので、メモリー消費量も増加している。出来れば 64gb が 望ましいという担当者の説明でありました。 次に最初の 2017 アップデートで同じプロジェクトでメモリーの消費量の経過を見ました。 今度は、累積的な増加はなく、大体 8gb から最大 12gb の間辺りで推移して、トラブルは発生しませんでした。 さらに１１月２１日にアップデートした 2017 で同様にメモリー消費量を見たところ、大体 8gb から最大 10gb の範囲に収まって 今までで最もメモリー消費量が少なくなっています。 何かのご参考になればと思い、結果をご報告しておきます。   メッセージ編集者: 達雄 小林 Premiereコミュニティフォーラム (Japan) でのその他のディスカッション adobe

hello,   when export after effects project media encoder queue, there wrong "match source" setting. no matter size original composition has, media encoder sets 480x270 px. can press button "match source" want - has no effect on setting.   is there way fix this? pleased receive answer   yours faithfully, samantha hi samantha,   i had similar problem , solved changing settings manually in ame , please change preview quality full resolution before got ame.
