Without Render From AE To Premiere Pro

hello everyone;

i new on adobe

i making animation in ae , bunch of compositions.then render them in adobe media encoder , making video file put these videos premiere pro adding musics , transitions effects , send them adobe media encoder again rendering.

 

my question there shortway?can put these ae compositions premiere pro without render(without video file format)?can assemble these compositions in premiere pro ae compositions?
