not able to view multiple titles simultaneously

hi there,

 

tried searching didn't come anything, apologies if it's been answered.

 

i'm have multiple title blocks i'm trying have appear together...i didn't think there special had do, ends happening each new title makes old 1 disappear.  i'm having 1 title fade in first, next 1 couple seconds later, , next.  instead, previous title fades out next title fades in.

 

appreciate help!

when making new title based on previous 1 new text:

grab title 1 on timeline , alt+drag new position , change text.
