Fuse CC Export Textures Problem

hello, i'm using mixamo fuse cc , faced file - export - export textures , export model obj, options doesnt anything, waiting loading , nothing in foulder, how can fix problem?

• you need model open in panel
• then when press "export obj" waits give new file name

also understand fuse try make new folder @ location set need permission... older anti-virus | firewall softwares in way of step
