Hyperlinks don't work in Reader/Acrobat DC

hi demiurgedesign,

 

i have same question , in answer reply have created go page hyperlinks in indesign cs6. pdf shows hand when hover links don't go anywhere when clicked on. made sure both hyperlinks , boomarks checked when creating pdf. i'm flummoxed , usual it's urgent job. please help!

ah rookie error didn't mean post there.

 

i on imac, i've tried 2 versions of acrobat reader - xpro , dc. created these few months , creating new pdfs of 5 documents 3 work , 2 don't!
