Colors become dull when exporting to PNG

i'm having issue illustrator cc 2017.

when use export create png file, comes out dull colors. however, when use save web png comes out in nice colors.

for example:

the result want:

(created save web)

(exported png)

this 1 looks dull compared other.

about setup:

the color mode of document set rgb, not cmyk.
i have appearance of black set display blacks rich black , output blacks rich black.

thanks time.

"rich black" relevant cmyk. rest sounds usual lack of color management vs. poorly adjusted monitor. need work on rather else.
