Can not autorise my PC for Adobe Digital Editions

i went windows 7 windows 10, , reinstall software, including adobe digital editions. since that, unable transfer epub adobe digital editions kobo device , seems because pc has not been autorise. problem when try autorise pc, receive following message : "vous pouvez accorder une autorisation à cet ordinateur à condition de ne pas utiliser un id adobe déjà alloué à un autre ordinateur ou périphérique mobile". translation of message : "you can permission pc if use id abobe not used wiith pc or mobile device". can me? thank-you!

me again. i've found how unauthorize , reauthorize pc. i'm dealing issue. borrow books banq , never had problem before, i'm receiving message when try download book. why?message erreur.jpg

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
