Self moving Anchor Points

hello all, first post in adobe forums, i'm hoping have frustrating problem community or adobe.

 

here's issue:

i'm using illustrator cc on , imac. while in illustrator of time when working , go either use hotkeys change color, close path w/ pen tool, or move anchor point, illustrator decides place non-clicked achor points random area. frustrating has working on symmetrical graphics because problem never!!! keeps anchor points symmetrical, or rather keeping them in place. problem renders illustrator usless me in alot of designs. have tried turn off "snap grid", restart system, resized 1inch 2feet designed cmyk in rgb , vice-versa, have tried create brand new document if happens once happens same graphic. nothing seems fix problem , illustrator primary tool cc suite.
