No 'On-launch' options available

hi,

 

i can't find on-launch option in flash professional cc tells program open files working on last session.

 

when i've got projects 10+ .as files don't want having open them individually each morning when start work.

 

i've checked preferences box, used on cs6, no luck.

 

using pc.
