Adding Actual Lights in After Effects

i know how create lighting in adobe after effects, @ loss how create actual lights.(as seen on ship).

you can use plugin simulate flares , lights. video copilot | after effects tutorials, plug-ins , stock footage post production professionals , of course there ways in ae, first easier.
