no audio for 2 sec during preview

bonjour,

ja rencontre un problème avec after effect depuis la dernière màj: dés que je lance une prévisualisation vidéo ou que je prévisualise un métrage, l'audio se coupe pendant 2 secondes. j'aimerais savoir comment résoudre ce problème assez énervant sans devoir désinstaller la dernière version.

i have problem after effect since 2017 update. when i'm previewing video (even simple video without effect applayed) there no audio during 2 sec. totally don't know why because it's annoying ! in render, there no problem. want solve without go cc 2015.3 if possible

 

please me !

 

config: i7 6700k, gtx 1070 f/e, 64 go ram, win 10 64 bit, after effect cc 2017

1. make sure using 14.0.1

2. try checking off hardware acceleration under preview->display if can

 

see if it's better

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
