Is there a way to remove the State/Province field in the Metadata Location tab?

i know if there way remove or somehow untjeck state/province field in location field in metadata.

 

you might wonder why that... well, i'm denmark , don't use these terms - country , city.

 

maybe solve if use localized version of lightroom, prefer use lightroom in english.

you aren't forced use , can leave empty, or can use other aspects of country. example, might use record islands (as presume can have more 1 city on island), or idea might use binary islands or jutland.
