Freezing When Uploading to Remote Server on Mac

hello all. have updated cc 2017 version , pleased find faster on mac running latest version of sierra os.

 

however, having 1 recurring issue: when use "synchronize remote server" button, "put" files , preview button, program check files , give me list of files synced. when press "ok" button run sync, spinning wheel , program freezes long time. sometimes, after period of @ least 10 minutes or so, sync. other times not recover , have force quit. have searched answer cannot find applies situation.

 

i went ftp settings , ran test , says connecting remote server fine doesn't appear connection issue.

 

any suggestions on how remedy this? thank in advance suggestions.

update: copy of dw on macbook air not have issue appears corrupted file or setting.

 

i tried uninstalling dw mac , re-installing didn't help.


can please help?

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
