open old version ai (CS3 and CS2)

i use adobe illustrator cc 2015.3.1

save files in *.ai format, choosing version cs2 or cs3

when open saved file, error "can nor open illustration"

why?

that's issue cc 2015.3

update cc2017 , try if works there. me does, there might issues files.
