Elements 3d

hello need lil element 3d v2 ,when i'm adding object scene , trying add light..the object not affected light.

thing is....that if im adding ambient light (1 of 4 light options in ae)

object affected.

won't shadows buy getting affected

if it's spot or parallel..the object not getting affected

tried everything..just everything.. nothing seems work

without proper system information nobody can tell much. graphics driver problem.
