Add a title to fit the length of existing sequences

hi,

 

i using premiere pro cc 2015.4

 

is there way add title existing sequence automatically fit same length sequence?  working on project have varying length sequences (thus default duration won't trick) , trying add lower third copyright completed sequences.  problem takes long drop title on timeline (with default duration) , manually stretch fit each sequence.  have around 5,000 times in total , hoping there easier way.  ideas, tricks, tips appreciated!

note duration of target timeline.

drop title timeline @ head of sequence. select title.

type command (control) + r.

enter duration noted.

click ok.

 

or,

 

 

place title @ head of timeline.

select outgoing edge of title clip.

press end move playhead end of sequence.

type e extend outpoint of title clip playhead.
