Lightroom 6 - starts and then immediately crashes.

i'm using imac macos sierra 10.12.1

download , installation appears fine , have signed out , in of adobe creative cloud.

however - when attempt run lightroom bounces down bottom of screen while - becomes static , disappears?

anyone have clues - i've uninstalled & reinstalled few times behaviour still same...

please reset lightroom preferences default , check if helps.
