Component within MovieClip gets deleted after closing and reopening fla file

so have simple movieclip can't retain slider component that's within movieclip. mean can put there , seems work until close project , reopen , slider isn't there anymore.

 

now little snippet flash file that's gone through many upgrades on years. copied movie clip project , put small standalone fla file can see what's wrong. can tell me i'm doing or not doing cause problem?

 

here link file no slider component in it. try adding slider component movieclip. save file, close it, , reopen it. slider component won't within movieclip anymore:
