Form GET and POST method

hello. in landing pages need include form post method instead of receiving email. seems widgets included in muse don't allow that.

 

for instance, forms should perform following action, including these kind of hidden fields:

 

<form method="post" action="https://mysite.com/register.php">

                <input type="hidden" name="refby" value="xb750884">

                <input type="hidden" name="trackcode" value="6993">

                <input type="hidden" name="origin" value="free 2015">

                <input type="hidden" name="return" value="luke">

 

how can that?
