Adding Check boxes in a column

i need able add check marks in column @ bottom of column. there way need set check boxes have happen?

not check boxes. need write custom javascript calculation sum export values, if add check boxes mean sum values. suspect mean count number of boxes checked in column.

 

of course, always, should follow 6 p's of production. careful planing of field names, export values, etc result in better performance.
