Error 204

i purchased adobe premiere pro, downloaded installer , during installation of creative cloud error 204.

what's deal here? never had issue avid. paid software , cannot downloaded , installed on windows 10 pc.

cannot manage account yet cancel purchase. maybe should go mac computer , use fcpx instead.
