AE 3D export

hello,

 

when export video lots of 3d effect in ae ita takes me hours. and, if make little change in project, have export again.

does have experience exporting images ae, import premiere pro, add audio , export video. think there benefits:

- small changes can done, few frames have exported ae.

- export time shorter, in way ae 3d comp export images easyer export h265 video format..

 

does have experience way of working? , maybe you've got tips me?!
