Agreement quota exhausted?

i receive message after trying send document sign. why there quota? thought unlimited files. , need in order able send more files?

i have monthly plan, , far i've sent plenty of documents no problem.

please informed adobe sign individual account 300 transactions in year i.e 25 transactions in month.

if continuously exceed transaction limit asked upgrade.
