Trouble with links after converting to HTML5. Please Help!

i working on book , need able link other pages , in cases different sections of document within book. every time convert book html5 formatting goes away , links don't work. have no idea how fix this. please help! thanks!

no idea offhand, (or else) use more details...

 

when links don't work, links not 'clickable', or link clickable nothing happens?

if clickable, when hover on link, showing weird target address?

 

are these standard cross-references, or did funky?

 

if print doc stands pdf, links working correctly?

 

when use publish html5, using default settings?

 

what version of frame using?

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
